Decorative Air Horns for North American Market
OEM project

Because of our success in providing cost savings, one of our customers approached us to assist them in developing a new program for an existing product in order to further expand their market share.  TPES was able to tool up for this project in a short period of time. 

This particular decorative air horn uses a high grade aluminum tube and bell that are fabricated together on site in our Shanghai production center.  Once the horns are ready for finishing, they are sent either to our dedicated chrome plating facility, or dedicated anodizing shop.  We are currently undergoing planning to construct a larger Finishing facility to double our capacity by early 2012.

Once production is completed, the finished products are shipped via sea container to our Grand Rapids Headquarters where they are then shipped under scheduled releases to our final customer

Permanent Mould Casting
OEM Project

This program uses A356 Aluminum material and is also completely produced in-house at our new casting facility. In 6 months we have gone from Sample and drawing to being tooled up and in pre-production mode. To be able to launch on such a tight schedule is a tribute to the teamwork and cooperation between our key Chinese and US staff.
